Many of our products can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. Below are the handling & serving instructions for those dishes. Enjoy!
Gumbo & Etouffee
Storing - Our Gumbo & Etouffee can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days and held frozen for 6 months.
Serving - If frozen, thaw in microwave on defrost setting or thaw in refrigerator overnight. Then heat in saucepot over med/high heat to boil. Keep stirring so you don’t scorch the goods. Heat until temp is 185 and serve with white rice.
Crawfish Pie
Storing - Keep frozen for up to 6 months until ready to enjoy.
Serving - Preheat oven to 375. Remove top lid from pie and heat for 45-50 min until the center of the pie has reached 185 degrees.
Red Beans & Andouille
Storing - Keep frozen for up to 6 months. Thaw in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Serving - Defrost in microwave or overnight in refrigerator. Heat in sauce pot over medium heat. Keep stirring, dont want to burn this stuff! Once temp has reached 165, serve with white rice (or without, its your house do what you want!)
Voodoo Shrimp
Storing - Keep Frozen for up to 6 months or in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Serving - Empty bag into saucepan. Heat in saucepan on medium heat until the mixture reached 185 degrees.
Smoked Pork / Brisket / Creole Butter Chicken
Storing - Keep Frozen for up to 6 months, in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Serving - Drop thawed bad directly into a pot of boiling water for 15-20 minutes or until the temperature has reached 165 degrees. Enjoy with one of our scratch made sauces.
